Introduction
This policy explains how the SalimHR app (the internal staff app of
Salim Medical Services LLC) handles your data. The app is intended only for authorized clinic
staff (administration, reception, specialists, HR, accounting) and is not available to
patients or the general public. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.
Data We Collect
Account information
Your name, email, phone number, and job role associated with your account.
Employee profile data managed by the clinic (department, employee number, hire date).
Device & notification data
Push token (FCM): generated on your device and used to deliver push notifications via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Device type (Android / iOS) and your preferred app language.
In-app business data
The app displays clinic operational data (appointments, schedules, patient files, inventory and leave requests) strictly according to your permissions. This data is owned by the clinic and processed on our servers.
Limited technical logs (sign-in time, errors) for operation and security.
Provide app functions: view schedules and appointments, submit requests (leave / loan / transfer / inventory) and track their status.
Show content in your preferred language and improve performance and security.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with commercial third parties.
Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with service providers essential to running the app:
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications to your device.
Hosting provider — system data is stored on secure servers operated for the clinic.
We may disclose data where required by a legal obligation.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data while your account is active with the clinic.
When you sign out or disable notifications, your FCM push token is removed from our servers.
To request deletion of your account or personal data, email us at the address below; we will act within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or accounting rules.
Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), secure access tokens, and role-based permissions so each user
only accesses the data they are authorized to see. Despite reasonable measures, no system can
guarantee absolute security.
Children
The app is intended for adult clinic staff only, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
